Plush Safety Standards

Plush has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This Policy applies to every user and all content or activity on Plush, including profiles, messages, uploads, live chat, and other interactive features. Any confirmed violation results in an immediate permanent ban without notice.
1. Who is considered a child
A child is anyone under 18, or under the higher age of majority set by local law.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
The following is strictly prohibited and may lead to removal, a permanent ban, and required reporting:
• Creating, uploading, requesting, exchanging, sharing, or distributing CSAM.
• Grooming or soliciting a child, sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to sexualize or exploit a minor.
• Sexualized comments about a minor, requests for sexual content, or moving contact elsewhere for sexual purposes.
• Misusing live chat, messages, or any Plush feature to exploit or endanger a child.
3. Reporting and safety tools
From a profile or chat, select … (More) → Block & Report, choose Underage or the closest category, and add available details. Blocking stops further contact immediately. Possible child-safety reports receive priority review; confirmed prohibited content is removed and the account is banned.
4. Review and enforcement
Plush combines automated detection with 24/7 human moderation. Confirmed violations cause content removal and an immediate permanent ban without notice. Linked accounts or devices may also be restricted, and evidence is preserved where law or an investigation requires it.
5. Legal compliance and authority reports
We follow applicable child-protection and mandatory-reporting laws. Confirmed CSAM is reported to the competent authority, including NCMEC in the United States and/or the relevant local agency. We cooperate with valid investigations under this Policy, our Privacy Notice, and data-protection law.
6. Age requirement
Plush is for adults aged 18 or older. If a minor may be using Plush, report the account with the Underage reason and contact us below. Suspected underage accounts are restricted, reviewed, and removed where appropriate.
7. Content review and removal
Submitted media may be reviewed before publication. Users may remove content or delete their account at any time; related content is removed as described in our Privacy Notice.
8. Child-safety contact
For urgent reports or child-safety concerns, email [email protected]. Include the user ID, timestamps, screenshots, or links available so we can act promptly.
