Remove your account and data

Ask us to delete your Plush account, profile information, and in-app content. Use the form below or email [email protected] from your account email. We process requests within 2 business days and may contact you to verify the request.

Important: cancel active Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions before deletion. We retain records only where legally required, including for tax or fraud prevention; see our Privacy Notice.

Data Management — Account and Data Removal

Delete your account and profile in the App via Settings Manage Account Delete Account. You may also submit a web request at https://lolo.software/deleteaccount. After deletion, we remove the user ID and linked in-app content. Personal data is kept only where law requires it, including for fraud prevention or tax records.
